Connecting local leaders to solve big challenges

The Great Lakes Human Capital Network (GLHCN) launched in 2026 as a collaboration between MM Strategy Group and Scott Dust Consulting with a mission to bring together local leaders to find solutions to the major workforce challenges facing organizations in the region and beyond.

We believe the future of the Great Lakes region depends on companies, universities, and government working together to cultivate innovative talent. We're here to provide a forum to make that happen.

We aim to provide fresh ideas and perspectives through engaging content, panel discussions, and events; bringing actionable advice and a local perspective to the human capital questions you're grappling with today.
